To view the cameras you must change one setting on your Internet Explorer and download a small program.  Please follow the steps below.

  1. Open Internet Explorer and click on "Tools".
  2. On the drop down menu choose "Internet Options".
  3. Now click on the "Security" tab at the top.
  4. Choose "Custom Level.."
  5. Scroll down the list until you see "Download unsigned ActiveX controls" and choose "Prompt".  Doing this does not open you up to internet attacks, instead, it gives you the option to accept or deny a request instead of automatically denying.
  6. After making the change, click "yes" and then "yes" again until the window goes away.
  7. On the address line of Internet Explorer, type 71.48.160.145 and then press the enter key.
  8. Select "live Surveillance"
  9. On most versions of Internet Explorer you will now get a message under your address bar.  Click on the message and accept the download.
  10. After the download is complete, a setup window will appear.  Choose "next", the "next" and then "finish".
  11. After a moment the camera program will open.
  12. Click on the key icon and enter your username and password.  If you have not received your login information click on "Help" in this instruction window and send a request via email.

**If you have a firewall program running on your system you will have to tell it so accept this program before it will run properly.
