The
Past
Upon entering Bella Charca, you will notice a structure of an
historic nature nestled upon a hilltop. Four families settled on this,
the second oldest land-site in central Bell County in the late 1800's for
some of the same reasons Bella Charca exists here today; plentiful wood
(for cooking and heating), clean water (from natural springs), and
abundant game. The settler’s original home was actually located on the
small knoll directly in front of the current standing structure.
Founder John Blankenship's vision for Bella Charca is to preserve the
harmony of nature and history of this area for generations to come. The
historic windmill is being preserved at the entrance for present and
future Bella Charca residents to experience the history, so vital to
this community.
The Present
The enormously successful Phase I of Bella Charca is nearing
'build-out' with just 5 beautiful home sites
remaining.
Phase II lots are now available, featuring incredible park and vista-views, oak trees
and beautiful home sites of various sizes and prices. Custom lots are available and Preferred Home Builders are offering a
variety of new homes from which to choose and custom home sites to build
on.
The natural spring-fed lake, adorned with green space, benches, stone walkways, fountains and
reflective lighting, offers residents a beautiful,
serene, and peaceful setting for relaxation and enjoyment of this
on-of-a-kind community.
The Home Owners’ Association provides
new neighbors with a wealth of information to quickly ‘bring them up to
speed’ on community features, opportunities and covenants. The periodic
HOA newsletter provides a great deal of timely news and communication
with members.
The Future
The updated Master Plan brings homebuyers choices in style, design
and price with future amenities including swimming pool, playground,
additional water features, parks and green spaces with multiple
interconnecting walkways.
In addition to the entrance park, a ‘pocket park’ will be developed in the
eastern portion of Phase I. Phase II will include a second
'Centro Postal' and access to a large future park, set aside.
subsequent phases will provide internal
(inside the Gate) vehicular and pedestrian access to Nolanville Elementary School.
